Become a Born Radiant Partner
Do your clients understand you, but struggle to follow through
Are you worried patients' results will fade without behavioral support?
Does being a habit coach on top of being a clinician seem overwhelming?
What if your clients had another person in their corner — not to replace what you do, but to make it work better?
Hi! I'm Aaron Ellis, Behavior Change Specialist
I've spent twenty years helping people build habits — as a Pilates instructor, studio owner, and fitness educator. Along the way, I watched something happen again and again: smart, committed people would start strong and stall out at the same place, every time.
Eventually I understood why. It wasn't the plan. It was that nobody had helped them understand the psychology of getting stuck — or how to move through it. That shift changed how I work. I stopped fixing plans and started understanding people.
That's why I built born Radiant — a behavior-change partner helping clients sustain healthy habits through strengths based coaching.

How I Support Your Practice and Your Patients
You're an expert at diagnosis and treatment. You're also busy — what can get difficult to manage is the daily behavioral support that keeps patients on track.
Better retention
Patients stay compliant with your plans longer because they understand their readiness and have real support.
Improved patient outcomes
Patients return with measurable progress because they have continuous behavioral support alongside your clinical care.
You focus on treatment
I handle the daily habit-building work so you can focus on diagnosis and clinical outcomes.
Scope of practice
I know where my work ends and yours begins. If something comes up that needs your attention, I will ask the client to defer back to you.
"Behavior change is a process, not an event. People move through predictable stages — and the right support at the right stage makes all the difference."
- James O. Prochaska & Carlo C. DiClemente
The Readiness-to-Change Framework
I guide your patients through three phases, driven by your treatment plan. Each phase has concrete objectives before we move forward. The framework is based on the Trans-theoretical Model of Change (Proschaska & DiClemente) and the ACE Cycle of Change model.
Awareness
Getting Honest
Patients get honest about what's really blocking them — and what they actually want. This clarity is non-negotiable before moving to the next phase.
Choice
Building the Plan
We align their prescribed goals with their core values and build micro-habits they can live with, not endure — and pre-plan for the obstacles you know will show up.
Execution
Making it Stick
Patients move into action. I provide accountability and treat setbacks as data, not failures — this is where habits become sustainable when life gets messy
