Become a born Radiant Partner

Your expert guidance deserves clients who feel confident following through.

Your clinical knowledge is excellent. What if your clients also felt genuinely proud and capable of living it out?

Do your clients understand you,
but struggle to follow through

You've given them excellent guidance and your clients love their results. What many of them lack isn't knowledge — it's the confidence and daily habit structure to actually live out what you've prescribed. They want to. They just need support building it.

Are you worried patients' results will fade without behavioral support?

You're stretched explaining home care protocols, answering the same questions, watching clients struggle with follow-through. That's a lot on top of your core clinical work.

Does being a habit coach on top of being a clinician seem overwhelming?

You're stretched explaining home care protocols, answering the same questions, watching clients struggle with follow-through. That's a lot on top of your core clinical work.

What if your clients had someone in their corner — not to replace what you do, but to make it work better?

A born Radiant partnership is built around one idea: clinical excellence and behavioral coaching together create outcomes that neither can achieve alone. You bring the expertise that brings your clients through the door. I bring the stage-matched habit work, the self-esteem foundation, and the empathy-based coaching that helps them actually follow through.

Your clients get more out of what you offer. You get a collaborator who is invested in their success as much as you are.

If that sounds like the kind of partnership you've been looking for — let's talk.

What the research shows about behavior change science and why it matters:

Readiness Predicts Success

People who are pushed into action before they are ready are far more likely to relapse. Readiness — not willpower — predicts success.

Stage-Matched Coaching Works

The Transtheoretical Model is arguably the dominant model of health behavior change. Matching interventions to a client's stage of change significantly improves outcomes.

Professors of Psychology, University of Rhode Island — Cancer Prevention Research Center

One Size Does Not Fit All

Stage-matched physical activity interventions produce significantly greater long-term adherence than generic prescription. One size does not fit all.

Exercise Psychology Researchers, Brown University

Meet Clients Where They Are

Autonomy-supportive coaching — meeting clients where they are rather than prescribing — produces greater intrinsic motivation and sustained behavior change.

Ken Resnicow & Fiona McMaster

150 Studies Can't Be Wrong

A review of 150 studies found preliminary support for stage-matched exercise interventions — confirming that meeting people where they are produces better outcomes than one-size-fits-all programs.

Change Is a Process

Behavior change is a process, not an event. People move through predictable stages — and the right support at the right stage makes all the difference.

My scope — what I do and don't do

B827EE96-5DAF-4EAB-A4FA-E8A3E2E1C813_edited.jpg

I'm a certified skincare consultant, behavior change coach (ACE specialization), and personal trainer across multiple modalities including classical Pilates, Les Mills, and functional fitness. What I do not do is practice outside my scope. I'm not a dermatologist, esthetician, physician, or physical therapist. When a client needs clinical guidance, I refer to you (or their doctor/PT) before I guide.

What I specialize in is helping clients understand themselves — their strengths, values, and what actually matters to them — so they can follow through on your prescribed guidance even when they're initially resistant. I work with the behavioral and confidence barriers that keep people from actually doing what the specialist prescribed, using their own strengths as the foundation.

That's how we work best together: you deliver the clinical expertise, I handle the adherence and confidence piece, and your client gets comprehensive support that actually sticks.

What I bring to your clients

Celebrating progress

Building positive reinforcement into the behavior itself so habits feel good, not like punishment.

Behavioral contracting

Clear, realistic agreements about what's actually doable in their real life.

Progress tracking that works

Self-monitoring systems that reinforce, not demoralize.

Accountability structures

Creating systems that support follow-through without shame or punishment.

Values & strengths-based coaching

Connecting your prescribed guidance to what actually matters to the person, using their existing strengths as the foundation.

Habit architecture

Building tiny, anchored behaviors that stick—not relying on willpower or repetition.

Understanding adherence obstacles

Recognizing what's getting in the way of follow-through and problem-solving around it.

Self-efficacy building

Helping people believe they're capable of following through, especially when they're initially resistant or have failed before.

Motivation assessment & matching

Understanding what actually motivates this person, and building habits around intrinsic drivers rather than forcing external pressure.
