Is this worth the investment?

If you've spent the last few years buying products that didn't work, you already know the answer. Most of my clients have spent far more than $450 on serums, creams and treatments that weren't right for their skin — and have nothing to show for it. What I offer is a way off that cycle. One clear routine, built specifically for you, that you'll actually use. Spend your money on the right guidance, not the wrong products.

Can you diagnose my skin condition?

Accepted Answer

No — and I want to be upfront about that. I'm a skincare consultant, not a medical professional. I won't diagnose skin conditions, prescribe medication or perform treatments. What I will do is help you build a home care routine that supports your skin and flag anything that looks like it needs a dermatologist's attention. If something comes up that's outside my scope, I'll tell you directly and help you find the right person.

Question 3

I already see a dermatologist and esthetician. Do I still need this?

Possibly — and here's why. Your dermatologist has twelve minutes per appointment. Your esthetician sees you once a month. Neither of them has the time to sit with you, understand your lifestyle and budget, and make sure you're actually following through at home. That's exactly what I do. I work alongside your existing providers, not instead of them. In fact I'm happy to coordinate with them directly so everyone is working from the same page.

What if my current routine is basically nothing?

Accepted Answer

Perfect — you're starting with a clean slate. Most of my clients come to me with minimal routines or a bathroom full of things they're not sure about. There's nothing to be embarrassed about. The point of our first session is to understand where you actually are, not where you think you should be. We build from there.

Question 5

How is this different from getting advice at a beauty counter?

Accepted Answer

At a beauty counter the goal is to sell you products — that's the business model. My goal is to figure out what your skin actually needs, which sometimes means telling you that fewer products are better, or that something you already own is working fine. I'm not attached to any particular brand or product line. I'm attached to what works for your skin and your life.

What happens after the four sessions are done?

You'll have a routine that's been built, tested and refined for your specific skin — and you'll understand exactly why every step is there. For clients who want ongoing support, community and education, I offer Skin Club — a monthly membership with Q&A sessions, exclusive content and a community of people navigating the same things you are. It's designed to keep you connected and confident long after our sessions end.

Question 7

Do I have to buy all new products?

Accepted Answer

Not necessarily. One of the first things we do is look at what you already have. If something is working, we keep it. If something is actively hurting your skin, we talk about replacing it. The goal is a routine that's right for you — not a complete overhaul that costs a fortune before we even start.

Question 8

I'm trans and am taking hormone supplements, can you work with me?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! We'll take a look at how your physical transition may be affecting your skin and how we can help calm it down.  And while we can't physically change the shape of your face, we can look at products that help you feel better about your skin and how it supports your transition!
